Courier Partners: All orders are dispatched through reputed courier partners, such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, or other trusted logistics providers.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
a. Domestic (India): 4–7 working days.
b. International: 1–3 weeks (subject to customs clearance).
Customs & Duties: Deliveries outside of India may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
Liability: While packaging is handled under strict supervision, our direct liability ceases once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner; however, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any transit issues.
