Return & Refund Policy

At 3 Notes, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Returns and replacements are accepted only under the following specific circumstances:
  1. Criteria: If the product is received in a physically damaged condition, shows signs of leakage or spillage, or is different from the item you ordered.
  2. Reporting Window: The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing 3noteperfume@gmail.com from your registered email address.

To process a claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video and high-quality images showing:

  1. The unopened parcel being opened on camera.
  2. The product(s) inside, including the outer packaging, inner carton, and bottles.
  3. Clear evidence of any visible leakage, spillage, or damage.
  4. Note: Claims submitted without valid unboxing evidence will not be accepted.
  1. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, including the brand box, outer packaging, and original invoice.
  2. All accessories and promotional items (if any) must be returned along with the primary product.
  1. Verification: Once we receive your complaint and unboxing proof, please allow 5 working days for our team to verify the claim.
  2. Resolution: If approved, our team will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund.
  3. Quality Check: Refunds and replacements will be processed only after the returned product passes a quality and weight check at our warehouse.
  4. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.
  1. Promotional Items: Free gifts or complimentary products provided under promotional offers are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Hygiene & Authenticity: Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, unless they were received in a damaged or leaking state as verified by unboxing proof.
  1. Allergic Reactions: 3 Notes is not responsible for any individual allergic reactions. Each product page lists key fragrance notes and ingredients; customers with sensitivities should review these and perform a patch test before full use.
  2. Usage: Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
  3. Natural Variations: Minor batch variations in fragrance (such as slight color or note differences) are natural due to the use of fine ingredients and are not considered defects.
  4. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall 3 Notes be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
