1. Not a Standalone Purchase: If a product appears as ₹0 due to a pricing error and not an active promotion, 3 Notes reserves the right to cancel the affected portion of the order.
2. Single-Unit Policy: Only one unit of a free gift will be shipped per eligible order.
3. Non-Returnable: All free gifts or ₹0 promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For damages, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
